SECTION 44-52-13

   § 44-52-13  Release of provider assessmentinformation. [Contingent repeal – See notes following §44-52-1.]. – Notwithstanding any other provisions of the general laws, the tax administratorshall not be prohibited from providing information to the director of thedepartment of human services or his or her designee, with respect to theprovider assessment imposed by this chapter; provided, that the director ofhuman services and his or her agents and employees may use or disclose thatinformation only for purposes directly connected with the administration of theduties and programs of the department of human services.
