SECTION 44-53-3

   § 44-53-3  Successive seizures. – Whenever any property or right to property upon which levy has been made byvirtue of § 44-53-1 is not sufficient to satisfy the claim of the statefor which levy is made, the tax administrator may, after this, and as often asmay be necessary, proceed to levy in like manner upon any other property liableto levy of the person against whom the claim exists, until the amount due fromthe person, together with all expenses, is fully paid.
