SECTION 44-55-7

   § 44-55-7  Administration. – The tax administrator shall make available suitable forms with instructions forclaiming the incentive. The claim shall be in a form the tax administrator mayprescribe. The tax administrator may prescribe rules and regulations, notinconsistent with law, to carry into effect the provisions of this chapter.
