§ 44-64-11 Method of payment and depositof surcharge. – (a) Payments required by this chapter may be made by electronic transfer ofmonies to the general treasurer for deposit in the general fund.
(b) The general treasurer is authorized to establishnecessary accounts and to take all steps necessary to facilitate the electronictransfer of monies. The general treasurer shall provide the tax administrator arecord of any such monies transferred and deposited.
