SECTION 44-9-45

   § 44-9-45  Jurisdiction of proceedings toestablish title – Practice and procedure. – The superior court shall have jurisdiction of petitions under §§44-9-40 – 44-9-44 and, except as provided in this chapter, practice andprocedure under these sections shall conform as nearly as possible to thesuperior court practice, rules, regulations, and procedure.
