SECTION 45-21.2-8

   § 45-21.2-8  Ordinary disability allowance.– Upon retirement for ordinary disability, a member receives a retirementallowance equal to the rate prescribed for service retirement; provided, thatno member retiring with less than ten (10) years of total service receives abenefit less than the member would have received if the member had ten (10)years of service.
