SECTION 45-22.2-14

   § 45-22.2-14  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or of any rule, regulation or determinationmade under it, or the application to any person, agency, or circumstances, isheld invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter, rule, regulation, or determination and the application of theprovisions to other persons, agencies, or circumstances shall not be affectedby the invalidity. The invalidity of any section or sections or parts of anysection or sections of this chapter shall not affect the validity of theremainder of the chapter.
