SECTION 45-22-4

   § 45-22-4  Compensation. – The appointing authority may provide and set standards for compensation formembers of a planning board or commission within the limitation of fundsappropriated for that purpose, and may, within those limits, provide forreimbursement of any expenses incurred by members in the performance of theirduties.
