SECTION 45-23-73

§ 45-23-73 Appeals to the superior court– Priority in judicial proceedings. – Upon the entry of any case or proceeding brought under the provisions of thischapter, including pending and future appeals taken to the court, the courtshall, at the request of either party, advance the case, so that the matter isafforded precedence on the calendar and be heard and determined with as littledelay as possible.
