SECTION 45-24.1-7.1

§ 45-24.1-7.1 Right of appeal. – Any person, or persons jointly or severally, aggrieved by a decision of thehistoric district commission has the right of appeal, concerning the decision,to the zoning board, and a further right of appeal from the zoning board to thesuperior court, in the same manner provided in § 45-24-69 and from thesuperior court to the supreme court by writ of certiorari.
