SECTION 45-24.2-5.1

   § 45-24.2-5.1  Present appointmentsunaffected. – Nothing contained in § 45-24.2-5 shall in any way alter any other part orprovision of this title or any appointments made under its provisions, all ofwhich remain in full force and effect.
