§ 45-24-72 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule, regulation, or determination madeunder this chapter, or the application to any person, agency, or circumstance,is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of thechapter, rule, regulation, or determination and the application of theprovisions to other persons, agencies, or circumstances shall not be affectedthereby. The invalidity of any section or sections of this chapter shall notaffect the validity of the remainder of the chapter.
