SECTION 45-25-16

   § 45-25-16  Compliance with federal wagerequirements. – Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this chapter or in anyother provision of law, the authority may agree to any conditions attached tofederal financial assistance relating to the determination of prevailingsalaries or wages or payment of not less than prevailing salaries or wages orcompliance with labor standards, in the development or administration ofprojects, and may include in any contract awarded or entered into in connectionwith a project, stipulations requiring that the contractor and allsubcontractors comply with requirements as to minimum salaries or wages andmaximum hours of labor, and comply with any conditions which the federalgovernment may have attached to its financial aid of the project.
