SECTION 45-25-20

   § 45-25-20  Subjection to local buildingand planning regulations. – Except as provided by § 45-25-21, all housing projects of an authority aresubject to the planning, zoning, sanitary and building laws, ordinances, andregulations applicable to the locality in which the housing project is situated.
