SECTION 45-29-11

   § 45-29-11  Return of excess deposits toauthority. – Whenever, from time to time, the housing authority has satisfied the court thatthe amount deposited with the court is greater than is amply sufficient tosatisfy the claims of all persons interested in the land, the court may orderthat the amount of the excess is repaid to the housing authority. Whenever thehousing authority has satisfied the court that the claims of all personsinterested in the land taken have been satisfied, the unexpended balance shallbe paid immediately to the housing authority.
