SECTION 45-29-8

   § 45-29-8  Jury trial of damages –Payment. – Upon filing of the petition referred to in § 45-29-7, the superior courtshall cause twenty (20) days' notice of the pendency of the petition to begiven to the authority by serving the chairperson of the authority with acertified copy of the petition, and may proceed after that notice to the trial;and the trial shall determine all questions of fact relating to the value ofthe land, or interest in it, and the amount thereof, and judgment shall beentered upon the verdict of the jury, and execution issued against the money sodeposited in court and in default against any other property of the authority.
