§ 45-38.1-18 Source of payment ofexpenses. – All expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this chapter arepayable solely from funds provided under the authority of this chapter, and noliability or obligation shall be incurred by the corporation under this chapterbeyond the extent to which moneys have been provided under the provisions ofthis chapter.
