SECTION 45-50-23

   § 45-50-23  Use of projects. – The use of the facilities of the authority and the operation of its businessare subject to the rules and regulations from time to time adopted by theauthority; provided, that the authority not authorized to do anything whichwill impair the security of the holders of the obligations of the authority orviolate any agreements with them or for their benefit.
