§ 45-54-14 Remedies. – Any holder of bonds issued under the provisions of this chapter, or of any ofthe coupons appertaining to the bonds, and the trustee under the trustagreement or the resolution, except to the extent the rights given by thischapter may be restricted by the trust agreement or the resolution, may, bycivil action, mandamus, or other proceeding, protect and enforce any and allrights under the laws of the state or granted under this chapter, or under thetrust agreement or the resolution authorizing the issuance of the bonds, andmay enforce and compel the performance of all duties required by this chapteror by the trust agreement or resolution to be performed by the corporation orby any officer of the corporation, including the fixing, charging, andcollection of fees, rentals, and other charges.
