SECTION 45-54-18

§ 45-54-18 Use of projects. – The use of the facilities of the corporation and the operation of its businessare subject to the rules and regulations from time to time adopted by thecorporation; provided, that the corporation is not authorized to do anythingwhich will impair the security of the holders of the obligations of thecorporation or violate any agreements with them or for their benefit.
