SECTION 45-54-27

   § 45-54-27  Severability. – If any one or more sections, clauses, sentences, or parts of this chaptershall, for any reason, be adjudged unconstitutional or otherwise invalid in anycourt, that judgment shall not affect, impair, or invalidate the remainingprovisions, but shall be confined in its operation to the specific provisionsso held unconstitutional or invalid; and the inapplicability or invalidity ofany section, clause, or provision of this chapter in any one or more instancesor circumstances shall not be taken to affect or prejudice in any way itsapplicability or validity in any other instance.
