SECTION 46-10-29

   § 46-10-29  Provisions limited to wrecks inNew Shoreham. – The provisions of §§ 46-10-14 – 46-10-28 shall apply onlyinsofar as the director of the department of environmental management may beperforming the duties and exercising the powers of the former commissioner ofwrecks in New Shoreham.
