§ 46-12.3-6 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person,agency, or circumstances, is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction,the remainder of the chapter and the application of the provisions to otherpersons, agencies, or circumstances shall not be affected thereby. Theinvalidity of any section or sections or parts of any section or sections ofthis chapter shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the chapter.
