SECTION 46-12-25

§ 46-12-25 Report required by owners orlessees of solid waste disposal areas. – If any person, firm, or corporation continuously uses any area for the disposalof solid waste which is located within two hundred feet (200') of any watercourse, then the owner of the land or lessee, if leased land, where the area islocated must submit to the director a written report every sixty (60) days ormore frequently if required by the director. The report shall contain amongother things the content of dissolved oxygen, the biological oxygen demand,chlorides, iron, and a coliform bacteria count, from sites tested immediatelyupstream and downstream of the landfill area at locations prescribed by thedirector.
