§ 46-12-30.5 Bonds authorized. – The general treasurer is hereby authorized and empowered, with the approval ofthe governor and in accordance with the requirements of law, to issue from timeto time bonds in the name and on behalf of the state and in such amounts as maybe specified in an amount not to exceed one million five hundred thousanddollars ($1,500,000).
