SECTION 46-13.2-5

   § 46-13.2-5  Record of wells. – (a) Within thirty (30) days after completion of a well, a well drillingcontractor shall provide the owner, the board, the department of health, andthe department of environmental management a record indicating:

   (1) The well owner's name and address,

   (2) The location of the well,

   (3) The well depth,

   (4) The geologic materials and thickness of materialspenetrated,

   (5) The amount of casing,

   (6) The static water levels, and

   (7) Any other information which may be required byregulations adopted under this chapter.

   (b) A record for a drive point well where no earth materialsare removed from the well bore shall be sufficient if the owner's name, welllocation, depth, casing, static water level, and screen data are indicated.
