§ 46-13-11 Reports as to public supplies.– Any person maintaining a public water supply system shall submit or cause to besubmitted by operating personnel such reports of operation pertaining to thesanitary quality, treatment, and output as may be requested by the director.The operation reports shall be submitted within fifteen (15) days after demandtherefor by the director, and shall be accurate and as complete as requested bythe director. Copies of all reports, as well as the analyses of the reports bythe director, shall be supplied to the cities and towns serviced by thesupplier upon request.
