SECTION 46-13-2.2

§ 46-13-2.2 Denial, suspension, orrevocation of approval. – The director, after notice and opportunity for a hearing, is authorized todeny, suspend, or revoke any application submitted or approval granted underthis chapter in any case in which the director finds that there has been afailure to comply with the provisions of this chapter and the regulationsadopted hereunder. All the hearings and appeals shall be conducted inaccordance with the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42, the AdministrativeProcedures Act.
