SECTION 46-13-9.1

   § 46-13-9.1  Test results – Reports tothe director. – (a) Any water supply sampling, monitoring, testing result or laboratoryanalysis undertaken by or for a public water supply system to determine whetherdrinking water is safe and potable, which indicates that drinking water may notbe safe and potable, shall be reported concurrently to the public water supplysystem and to the director.

   (b) It is the responsibility of all suppliers of publicdrinking water to protect the potable water system from contamination orpollution and to report any sampling, monitoring, testing result or laboratoryanalysis indicating contamination or pollution to the director, in accordancewith rules promulgated by the director.
