§ 46-13-9 - Assurance of safety in public supply.

   § 46-13-9  Assurance of safety in publicsupply. – Any person maintaining a public water supply system shall direct the operationand maintenance of the water supply facilities so that the water furnished tothe public shall be safe and potable.
