§ 46-19-2 Description and plans furnishedby owner. – Every person owning, maintaining, or having control of any dam or reservoirshall, upon written request therefor, furnish to the director of the departmentof environmental management as full, true, and particular description of thedam or reservoir as may be practicable; and shall, as soon as may be after therequest, cause to be made all the necessary surveys, plans, and drawingsthereof as may be required by the director.
