SECTION 46-2-13

   § 46-2-13  Payment for property taken.– Whenever any property or estate or rights of property shall be taken under theprovisions of § 46-2-12, the owner thereof, including all persons havingproperty rights therein, shall be paid therefor according to their respectiveinterests, by the city or town taking the same.
