§ 46-22.1-14 Adoption of rules andregulations. – The department shall adopt the necessary rules and regulations to implement theprovision of §§ 46-22.1-3 – 46-22.1-17. The department shallfurther adopt the substantive provisions of the federal Boat Safety Act of1971, 46 U.S.C. § 1451 et seq., as well as the rules and regulations ofthe Coast Guard concerning hull identification numbers adopted in August of1984.
