SECTION 46-22.1-5

   § 46-22.1-5  Obtaining manufacturer's orimporter's statement of origin. – A manufacturer or dealer may not transfer ownership of a new vessel withoutsupplying the transferee with the manufacturer's or importer's statement oforigin signed by the manufacturer's or importer's authorized agent. Thecertificate shall contain such information as the department may require.
