SECTION 46-22-17

   § 46-22-17  Enforcement. – The department of environmental management, harbormasters, assistantharbormasters, police officers authorized to make arrests, and employees of thedepartment of environmental management, authorized to make arrests under theprovisions of §§ 2-12-8, 20-1-12, and 20-1-15, shall have theauthority to enforce the provisions of this chapter and, in the exercisethereof, shall have the authority to stop and board any vessel subject to thischapter.
