§ 46-23.1-6 Interim project approval.– Prior to formal adoption of the statewide coastal and estuarine habitatrestoration strategy individual projects that meet the definition ofrestoration contained in § 46-23.1-2 and have been previously identifiedby state or federal agencies may be approved by the program, in consultationwith the technical advisory committee. Such projects may be submitted forfunding as described in § 46-23.1-5(3)(i).
