SECTION 46-25-45

   § 46-25-45  Appropriation. – For the purpose of paying initial expenses of administration and operation ofthe commission, there is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the treasurynot otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000),and the state controller is hereby authorized and directed to draw his or herorders upon the general treasurer for the payment of that sum, or so muchthereof as may be required, from time to time, upon receipt by the controllerof proper vouchers signed by the director of the department of administrationand approved by the governor.
