SECTION 46-4-3

   § 46-4-3  Town regulation of speed ofvessels – Control of anchorages. – In addition to any authority and powers conferred upon the town council of anytown by authority of § 46-4-2, authority shall also be granted to the towncouncils of the towns of Barrington, Little Compton, and Warren to regulate byordinance the speed, management, and control of all vessels on the publicwaters within the confines of those towns and to regulate the size, type,location, and use of all anchorages and moorings within the waters or harborsof the towns of Barrington, Little Compton, and Warren.
