SECTION 46-4-8

   § 46-4-8  Authority reserved to the statedirector of the department of environmental management. – The provisions of §§ 46-4-5 – 46-4-7 shall not supersede theauthority and jurisdiction over the public tidewaters of this state which arevested in the state director of the department of environmental managementunder this title.
