SECTION 46-9.1-20

   § 46-9.1-20  Reinstatement followingsuspension. – Any pilot whose license has been suspended shall, following the expiration ofthe period of his or her suspension, be entitled to the reinstatement of his orher license; provided, the pilot shall possess the same qualifications he orshe had at the time the pilot received his or her first license as in thischapter provided.
