§ 46-9.1-6 Vessels not required to takepilots. – The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to vessels navigating under acertificate of enrollment or to fishing vessels. If any such vessel shall takeon a pilot, the pilot shall be entitled to receive, as compensation for his orher services, pilotage fees in an amount not to exceed the rates established bythe commission.
