§ 46-9.1-8 Accounting by pilots –Fraudulent return. – Once in every three (3) months every pilot shall render to the commission anaccurate account of all vessels subject to the provisions of this chapterpiloted by him or her, and of all moneys received by the pilot for pilotage ofthose vessels. Any pilot who shall fraudulently make a false return shallforfeit and pay to the State of Rhode Island the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00)for each fraudulent return, and shall be liable for any other penalties whichmay be invoked by the commission under the provisions of § 46-9.1-18.
