SECTION 46-9-24

   § 46-9-24  Reinstatement followingsuspension. – Any pilot whose license has been suspended may, following the expiration of theperiod of his or her suspension, be eligible for the reinstatement of his orher license; subject to any conditions that may be imposed by the commission inaccordance with this chapter and subject to any rules and regulations that maybe in effect at that time.
