SECTION 46-9-29

   § 46-9-29  Proceedings for enforcement– Injunctive relief. – The superior court for Providence County shall have jurisdiction to enforce theprovisions of this chapter and any rule, regulation, or order issued pursuantthereto. Proceedings for enforcement may be instituted and prosecuted in thename of the chairperson of the commission, and in any proceeding in whichinjunctive relief is sought, it shall not be necessary for the chairperson toshow that, without the relief, the injury which will result will beirreparable, or that the remedy at law is inadequate.
