§ 46-9-35 Inspection – Fees. –The director of the department of environmental management shall have theauthority to inspect all vessels on behalf of the pilotage commission for thepurpose of enforcing this chapter. The director shall charge a fee of fifteendollars ($15.00) for each vessel so inspected. The director shall place allmoney collected pursuant to this section into a restricted receipt accountentitled the "Vessel Pilot Inspection Program" and shall use the moneycollected to support activities under this chapter.
