SECTION 5-1-9

   § 5-1-9  Interstate practice. – A non-resident licensed architect seeking to practice architecture in the stateof Rhode Island shall, upon application, obtain a certificate of registrationby submitting satisfactory evidence to the board that he or she is registeredto practice architecture in another state, and that he or she has fulfilled therequirements for National Council of Architectural Registration Board'scertification. The board shall act upon the application for a certificate ofregistration within forty-five (45) days of submission of evidence that theapplicant is registered in that manner.
