SECTION 5-10-28

§ 5-10-28 Appeals. – Any person aggrieved by any decision or ruling of the division may appeal it tothe administrator of the division or his or her designee. A further appeal maythen be made to the appropriate board of examiners. Any person aggrieved by anydecision or ruling of the board may appeal it to the director of thedepartment. Any further appeal from the action of the director is in accordancewith the provisions of chapter 35 of title 42. For the purpose of this sectionthe division is considered a person.
