   § 5-13-5  Application for license –Examination – Fee. – All applications for licenses shall be filed with the state board of inspectionof horse riding schools. The board shall conduct an examination, either oral orwritten, or partly oral and partly written, in order to determine thequalifications of the person to operate a riding school. Examinations shallplace particular emphasis on the proper handling and care of horses and shallbe principally a practical examination of the applicant's knowledge and skillin the proper handling and care of horses. The fee for all licenses shall bethirty-five dollars ($35.00) per year payable to the department ofenvironmental management.
