SECTION 5-16-5

   § 5-16-5  Night and Sunday operations.– No public laundry shall be operated, nor collections of articles to be washedor cleaned in the laundries shall be made, in the town of West Warwick orBristol or in any city or town whose population according to the latest federalcensus was more than twenty thousand (20,000), between the hours of 12 o'clockmidnight and 5 o'clock in the morning of any day, nor at any time during thefirst day of the week; provided, that none of the previous provisions apply toautomatic coin-operated laundries.
