   § 5-19.1-26  Refusal, suspension andrevocation of licenses – Appeal procedure. – In any case of the refusal, suspension or revocation of a license by the board,with the approval of the director, under the provisions of this chapter, appealmay be taken in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, chapter 35of title 42.
